The authors present a pancreatic head carcinoma and an independently coexistent simple mucinous cyst, in which myxoglobulosis has developed. This lesion is a rare, peculiar entity, mainly occurring in the appendix or in oral mu-coceles, but in pancreas this is the first case in the literature.

A szerzők pancreasfej-carcinoma és egy tőle független, szimpla mucinosus cysta együttes előfordulását ismertetik, az utóbbiban myxoglobulosis kialakulásával. Myxoglobulosis leginkább az appendix mucokelében felhalmozódott nyák szerkezeti megváltozásával alakul ki; ritkán oralis mucokelékben is közöltek eseteket, de pancreasban ez az első eset az irodalomban.
