Patient with COVID-19, who was admitted to the ICU and needed mechanical ventilation. (A and C) Chest CT four months after the onset of symptoms demonstrates diffuse ground-glass and reticular opacities, consolidations, and bilateral peripheral bronchiectasis and bronchiolectasis.
