Abstract

Renal oncocytomas are usually regarded as benign tumors. Metastases from renal oncocytomas to regional and especially distant lymph nodes are extremely rare. This paper describes five cases of renal oncocytomas, one of which had a malignant behaviour with metastases to regional and distant lymph nodes.
