Abstract

甲状旁腺癌是临床上罕见的内分泌恶性肿瘤。本文报道1例甲状旁腺癌，手术完整切除右侧下方甲状旁腺癌、同侧甲状腺腺叶及峡部、侵犯的气管浅筋膜、食管肌层、喉返神经等周围浸润组织，清扫同侧中央区淋巴结。患者拒绝术后放化疗等其他治疗。随访12个月，甲状旁腺激素比正常值偏高，影像学检查暂不考虑复发。.
