Abstract

亚低温治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）可显著改善神经发育结局，已经成为新生儿HIE常规治疗手段。随着临床研究和实践不断进展，亚低温治疗方案不断优化，使更多的HIE患儿受益，但不同医院亚低温治疗新生儿HIE临床管理存在较大差异，为进一步促进亚低温治疗新生儿HIE优化管理，中华医学会儿科学分会新生儿学组和中华儿科杂志编辑委员会组织专家制定了“亚低温治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病专家共识（2022）”，适用于出生胎龄≥35周的新生儿HIE患者。.
