Anatomic features of the last 3 patients in the video presentations, repaired with 2-leaflet reconstructions. Patient numbers are the same as in Table 1 and text. Pre-repair, only small commissural fusions (red arrows), thickened cleft tissue, and 3 equal sized sinuses. Postrepair, the annuli have been reduced and remodeled into equal fused and nonfused segments by the annuloplasty ring; the clefts have been closed (green arrows); and both leaflets then coapted well with equal lengths and coaptation heights.
