Development and implementation of centralised, cloud-based, employee health contact tracing database and predictive modelling framework in the COVID-19 pandemic
Conflict of interest statement
We declare no competing interests. Study data were collected and managed using REDCap electronic data capture tools hosted at the Mount Sinai Health System. REDCap is a secure, web-based software platform designed to support data capture for research studies, providing an intuitive interface for validated data capture; audit trails for tracking data manipulation and export procedures; automated export procedures for seamless data downloads to common statistical packages; and procedures for data integration and interoperability with external sources. This work is supported by grant UL1TR001433 from the US National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, National Institutes of Health. We thank the Infection prevention department at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital, and the employee health teams who supported the work, which made this project possible. This project did not meet the criteria for human participant research so institutional review board review or approval was not needed.
