Development of a new insertion technique in push-type enteroscopy

Abstract

A new insertion method of push-type enteroscopy was reported. We used a new scope (SIF-10L) and a stiffening tube. By introducing the stiffening tube beyond the duodenojejunal junction, the extent of insertion was remarkably advanced.
