Abstract

异位垂体腺瘤（ectopic pituitary adenoma，EPA）是位于蝶鞍外且与鞍内正常垂体不连续的垂体腺瘤，其发病罕见且发病机制尚不明确。EPA的临床表现取决于分泌激素的类型和水平，以及肿瘤对邻近结构的压迫。术前的影像学检查可为临床提供有价值的信息。绝大多数EPA是通过手术和病理证实的，辅助药物治疗可延迟甚至避免手术的需要。.
