The change in estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) over time for all patients was -2.06 mL/min/1.73 m per year (95% CI: -2.36, -1.77; P<0.0001), for female patients -1.86 mL/min/1.73 m per year (95% CI: -2.25, -1.48; P<0.0001), and for male patients -2.33 mL/min/1.73 m per year (95% CI: -2.80, -1.87; P<0.0001).
