Abstract

随着对儿童中枢性性早熟发病机制、流行病学以及临床谱系认识的不断深入，如何对该病进行正确的评估、诊断和治疗日益引起儿科临床医生的关注。促性腺激素释放激素类似物是中枢性性早熟治疗的标准药物，但治疗的目的、方法、监测需进一步规范。现由中华医学会儿科学分会内分泌遗传代谢学组和中华儿科杂志编辑委员会组织有关专家讨论，在参考国内外最新研究成果和诊疗指南的基础上，结合国内的临床经验，制订中枢性性早熟诊断与治疗专家共识。.
