Panel D, 2-factor analysis (poor-releasers = ≤ 20% histamine release, a threshold chosen from 3 analyses methods -- distribution statistics and k-means clustering -- of the population response distribution of historical data) for all subjects using a recessive genetic model, Fisher’s exact test results were p=0.00015.
