Network of patient-reported symptoms, demographic and medical characteristics. This is an exploratory network analysis of patient-reported symptoms and demographic and medical characteristics, with each of these 14 variables representing a network node, in 191 patients (mean age 44 years, 57% male, 32% oligodendroglioma, 37% astrocytoma, 10% oligoastrocytoma, and 21% glioblastoma). Details about this dataset and statistical methods are reported elsewhere., This group-level network is estimated with a Mixed Graphical Model, where each circle represents a variable, and a line between two variables represents a conditional association between the two. The width and length of the lines are proportional to the strength of the association between two variables.
