Variations in norepinephrine equivalent dose trajectories during vasodilatory shock can lead to differences in the timing of adjunctive vasopressor therapy. Depending on the case, treatment may be initiated soon after diagnosis or when hemodynamic stability improves, leading to difficulties to interpret the data
