Pulmonary sequestration of the upper lobe in children

Abstract

Intralobar pulmonary sequestration in an upper lobe is uncommon. The radiologic manifestations are similar to lower lobe lesions. A case is presented in which there are features of both intralobar and extralobar sequestration.
