This study compares postgraduate trainee racial, ethnic, and gender representation and faculty compensation for 21 clinical specialties using 2015-2022 data.

Dr Ross reported grants from the Food and Drug Administration, Johnson & Johnson, Medical Devices Innovation Consortium, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, NIH/NHLBI, and Arnold Ventures; and Dr Ross was an expert witness at the request of Relator’s attorneys, the Greene Law Firm, in a qui tam suit alleging violations of the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute against Biogen Inc that was settled in September 2022.
