The detail provided by MPR imaging and versatility of the current generation device allows a granular analysis of the result and further optimization (for example, the residual MR seen lateral to the clip at the posterior leaflet in panel 4 is treated by lifting the posterior gripper and slight clockwise rotation of the clip with resolution of MR seen in panel 6). MR indicates mitral regurgitation.
