Figure 2. Bone single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography revealed focally increased uptake in the left rib (A, arrow) indicating rib fracture. Soft tissue uptake was observed in the right upper thoracic wall (B, arrowhead) and the left flank (C, arrowhead), corresponding with the positions of defibrillator paddles, suggestive of muscle injuries induced by electrical damage. Soft tissue uptake in the mediastinum was observed in the inferior wall of the left ventricle (D, double arrowhead).
