Significant association between aMMP-8 levels in mouthrinse and the severity of stage and grade of periodontal disease diagnosis (ANOVA P < .001). The aMMP-8 levels measured by aMMP-8 POCT increased according to the severity of disease status among 150 patients that have been previously described in Sorsa et al. (2021).
