Proximal radial artery is occluded by clinician after confirmation of location via ultrasound. Afterwards, distal radial artery was demonstrated to be pulsatile via transmission from ulnar artery. The ultrasound is then slid medially to demonstrate pulsatility of the ulnar artery.
