Abstract
甲状腺未分化癌（anaplastic thyroid carcinoma，ATC）是恶性程度很高的内分泌系统肿瘤之一。ATC发病机制目前有来源于分化程度较高的甲状腺癌细胞和来源于甲状腺肿瘤干细胞两种学说，ATC常见基因改变包括TP53、BRAFV600E、RAS、PIK3CA、TERT启动子、NF1、NF2基因突变和RET基因重排等。ATC诊断技术的最新进展是以血液中游离DNA（cell-free DNA，cfDNA）为标志物检测肿瘤分子谱。ATC的治疗方法仍以传统多模式综合治疗为主，包括手术、放疗、化疗和姑息治疗；新兴治疗方法主要有靶向和免疫治疗等。本文意在对ATC发病机制与分子改变、诊断技术和治疗方法的最新研究进展进行综述。.
