Dr. Kaplan disclosed that he was a past President of the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) (2020–2021). Dr. Bailey received funding for medical legal consulting and from Northwest Seminars; she disclosed that she was a past President at SCCM and is an oral board examiner for the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Chang disclosed that she is a Council and Executive Committee member for SCCM; she received funding from SCCM Carolinas and Virginias Chapter.
