GCO is the President of the European Society for Organ Transplantation; is on the data safety monitoring board for the DeFat trial; is on the scientific advisory board for iCoat Medical; and has received travel support from Aferetica Srl. for a training session. KR is the Patient Co-Director of the UK Organ Donation and Transplantation Research Network; and has received payment for Patient and Public Involvement and Initiative management for the network. DEM has received fees for work on national ethical guidelines for donation and transplantation, which are explicitly exclusive of research-related activities from the Australian Organ and Tissue Authority; has received travel support from the International Society for Organ Donation and Procurement and the European Society for Organ Transplantation to present and chair sessions; is the councillor of The Transplantation Society; and is a steering committee member for the Australian Donation and Transplantation Biobank.
