Abstract

本文报道1例发生于中年男性下咽部的脂肪肉瘤（Hypopharyngeal liposarcoma）。患者，男，47岁，主因“夜间睡眠打鼾、憋气1年余伴不能平卧位睡眠1个月”就诊，完善电子喉镜检查提示下咽部新生物、喉梗阻，完善MRI提示颈深部咽旁间隙肿物，部分突入下咽部，边界清楚。行颈部开放手术完整切除肿物，病理检查提示高分化脂肪肉瘤，术后未进一步行放化疗。术后2年内定期复查，未见复发，恢复良好。.
