Arthroscopic evaluation of the injured athlete's knee
Abstract
In summary, arthroscopic evaluation of the athlete's knee joint provides a highly accurate means of diagnosing intra-articular lesions. It provides valuable information regarding treatment and prognosis. In addition, if arthroscopic surgical treatment is possible, even greater benefits in regard to more rapid return to full athletic activity will be possible.
