Abstract

系统性慢性活动性Epstein-Barr病毒（EBV）病是一种由EBV感染T或NK细胞引发的罕见疾病，主要表现为持续性或复发性的传染性单核细胞增多症样症状，伴随外周血EBV载量升高和/或EBV抗体异常改变。该疾病既往命名为系统性慢性活动性EBV感染，T/NK表型。随着病例的积累和分子研究的深入，学者们逐渐认识到该疾病的肿瘤属性，并在第5版WHO造血与淋巴组织肿瘤分类中将其更名为系统性慢性活动性EBV病。本文对系统性慢性活动性EBV病的发病机制、临床病理特征、治疗和预后方面的研究进展进行综述，为正确认识并在临床工作中准确诊疗该疾病提供参考。.
