Figure.. Tipifarnib effectively decreases elevated exosome secretion and reduces fibrosis in the mouse TAC model.
Tipifarnib treatment inhibits extracellular vesicle biogenesis and reverses TAC-induced circulating extracellular vesicles. MiR-331-5p expression is upregulated after Tipifarnib administration. MiR-331-5p targets HOXC8 and specifically represses myofibroblast transformation. The figure was designed using BioRender.com
