The interventional bronchoscopist's toolbox. Emphysema: 1) endobronchial valve, 2) Aeriseal, 3) endobronchial coil, 4) airway bypass stent, 5) implantable artificial bronchus and 6) bronchoscopic thermal vapour ablation. Chronic bronchitis: 7) metered radial cryospray and 8) rheoplasty. COPD with predominant airflow limitation: 9) targeted lung denervation.
