Abstract

近年来，心力衰竭临床治疗和综合管理的循证医学证据取得不少进展，指南指导的药物治疗在慢性射血分数降低的心力衰竭（HFrEF）患者中获益的证据不断增加，慢性HFrEF患者药物治疗的启动和优化值得进一步研究和思考，该文对慢性HFrEF患者药物治疗的研究进展和临床策略进行综述，以期为临床医生提供更科学的决策依据和患者管理的优化策略。.
