[Progress of left bundle branch area pacing in patients with different QRS duration]
Abstract
左束支区域起搏是目前最具前景的生理性起搏技术。在宽QRS时限患者中,与传统起搏方式比较,左束支区域起搏在宽QRS时限患者中展现出更高的安全性、更优的电学参数、明显改善的心功能、可跨越阻滞部位起搏等诸多优势。在正常QRS时限患者中,左束支区域起搏同样具有以上优势,对病态窦房结综合征、难治性心房颤动合并心力衰竭及需高心室起搏比例等患者有显著疗效。该文就左束支区域起搏的解剖基础、电学特点、在宽和正常QRS时限患者中的临床应用及并发症等进展进行综述。.
