This nonrandomized clinical trial investigated the electronic health record (EHR) experiences of clinicians before and after implementation of an artificial intelligence (AI)–powered clinical documentation tool.

Dr Cleveland reported serving on the Executive Client Council (noncompensated advisory group) for Nuance/Microsoft, which meets once a year to give feedback to Nuance about their products and learn about some of the work they are developing (which included DAX Copilot in February 2023).
