Abstract

本文报道1例老年女性舌硬化性微囊性腺癌（sclerosing microcystic adenocarcinoma，SMA）病例。颌面部强化MRI检查示：舌体及右侧舌根占位，倾向恶性。患者术前肿物局部切除活检病理示：恶性肿瘤，不除外腺样囊性癌。因肿瘤范围广，无明显界限，遂行全舌、口底区切除+右侧胸大肌肌皮瓣修复+右侧颈淋巴清扫术。术后病理确诊为SMA（pT4N0M0），后行辅助放疗。术后6个月随访，患者构音功能恢复良好，吞咽功能未完全恢复，肿瘤无复发。.
