Abstract

近年来，甲状腺癌发病率呈持续上升趋势，甲状腺癌术后良好的预后使得患者对生命质量要求更高。患者报告结局测量工具能从患者的角度收集其健康状况等信息，从而准确评估患者生命质量，已逐渐成为临床结局评估的重要工具。因而本文综述了近年来与甲状腺癌临床相关的常用患者报告结局测量工具，将其归类为不同类别，并基于Wilson与Cleary健康相关生命质量理论模型对各量表评估内容进行分类，以期为临床医护人员基于不同的诊疗目的或研究目的时选择合适的测量工具提供参考，从而准确评估患者的生命质量。.
