Abstract
中医药治疗心力衰竭有着丰富的临床经验，在指南推荐的治疗方案基础上加用中医药治疗在改善心力衰竭患者临床症状、增加活动耐量、提高生活质量等方面具有一定优势。近年来中医药治疗心力衰竭在循证医学及相关机制方面取得了一些进展，该文结合笔者团队在中医药治疗心力衰竭临床及基础研究方面的结果，简要阐述中医药治疗心力衰竭的发展历史和现状，讨论其在防治心力衰竭中的疗效和安全性。.
