Anti-inflammation mechanisms of gasotransmitters (H2S and H2). H2S can be produced by CSE, inhibiting the expression of NF-κB, VEGF and SOCS3 and enhancing PPARδ to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. H2 achieves this effect by inhibiting IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, HMGB-1, NF-κB and prostaglandin E2. Created with Adobe Illustrator CS6 (64 Bit).
