Abstract

前庭功能障碍主要表现为姿势失衡、视物模糊和眩晕/头晕等，严重影响患者生活质量。单侧外周前庭毁损导致平衡功能失调，激发中枢神经核团的代偿性调整，前庭相关症状在数日后逐渐减轻和改善，该过程被称为前庭代偿。前庭代偿早期涉及即刻早期基因、炎症因子、神经营养因子、神经递质、离子通道、神经激素和神经发生等可塑性变化。本文就前庭神经网络投射和早期前庭代偿发生的可塑性变化相关研究进展进行综述。.
