Abstract

A 35-year-old woman with a history of uterine myomas, presented with a symptomatic liver lesion. It was initially suspected to be an atypical hepatic adenoma. However, during surgery, it was discovered that the lesion was a myoma attached to the thoracic wall, likely a remnant of previous uterine myomas treatment.
