Abstract

肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）是儿童最常见的非典型肺炎，其临床表现缺乏特异性，实验室诊断方法繁多，但诊断标准不统一，可能导致漏诊或过度诊断。肺炎支原体肺炎重症和难治性病例增多，临床存在治疗不规范问题。为了规范我国儿童MPP的诊疗，中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组联合国家呼吸系统疾病临床医学研究中心和中华儿科杂志编辑委员会共同成立指南专家组，结合国内外研究结果，共同制订“儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊断与治疗循证指南（2023）”。.
