Menstrual suppression to decrease intrauterine device expulsion in adolescents with inherited bleeding disorders
Abstract
Intrauterine device efficacy in adolescents with heavy menstrual bleeding and bleeding disorders is impacted by expulsion within 30 days of insertion. Menstrual suppression may reduce this risk.
