International standards for conducting biomedical research with human participation
Abstract
Objective: Aim: To conduct a comprehensive analysis and systematization of international standards for biomedical research involving human participants, to identify their key principles and implementation mechanisms, as well as to evaluate their effectiveness in ensuring ethical and legal norms during such research..
Patients and methods: Materials and Methods: This research employs a diverse array of scientific inquiry methods, encompassing both general scientific approaches and specialized techniques.
Conclusion: Conclusions: The Declaration of Helsinki is a combination of ethical principles for conducting medical research with the participation of people. Taking into account the evolution of global and practical provisions on this issue, it is quite natural that certain points of the declaration were revised, supplemented, improved and generally contain a list of ethical rules of medical practice, one of which states: "The duty of a doctor is to improve and protect health people, including patients participating in medical research. His knowledge and conscience must be directed to the service of this duty."
Keywords: biomedical research; human rights; law; medicine; religion.
