Management for Patient Undergoing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement in Extremely Small Aortic Annulus Given the lack of current recommendation for patients with small annulus undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement, we propose, based on the literature and our practice, a decision-making process that could be used in daily practice. CT = cardiac tomography; EOA = effective orifice area; LV = left ventricular; LVOT = left ventricular outflow tract; PPM = patient-prothesis mismatch; PVL = paravalvular leaks; SAA = small aortic annulus; TAVI = transcatheter aortic valve implantation.
