[International mobility in nursing training]

Abstract

For over 20 years, the Institut de formation interhospitalier Théodore-Simon in Neuilly-sur-Marne (93) has been helping its students discover other healthcare systems and different cultures through an international exchange program. Maxime shares his experience of his internship in Romania with us. Despite the astonishments and discrepancies he observed, he highlights the added value that this mobility brings to a training course. He also gives us a new perspective on the richness of this neighboring country to France.
