A mixed model for repeated measures was used to compare camlipixant with placebo for all cough frequency endpoints; data were analyzed on a natural log scale. Sensitivity analyses assessed the primary efficacy endpoint in the per-protocol and completers groups, through worst-case imputation, and in the ITT population. BID = twice daily; CI = confidence interval.
