Prof. V.S. Lobzin occupies a special honorable place among the neurologists of Leningrad-St. Petersburg. He can be rightfully referred to the leading neurologists of our country. Vladimir Semenovich's scientific interests were wide and multifaceted, due to his rich clinical experience, many years of practical work in medical and educational institutions, including medical, scientific and teaching activities at the Kirov Military Medical Academy and Lenin Medical Academy. He is a member of the S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy and the S.M. Kirov Leningrad State Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors. S.M. Kirov. He made a significant scientific contribution to various sections of clinical neurology and created a scientific school. For all those who came in contact with Vladimir Semyonovich on the most diverse issues of neurology, he was fully a teacher who generously passed on his knowledge and rich experience to the people around him.

Среди неврологов Ленинграда — Санкт-Петербурга проф. В.С. Лобзин занимает особое почетное место. Его с полным правом можно отнести к ведущим неврологам нашей страны. Научные интересы Владимира Семеновича были широки и многогранны, обусловлены богатым клиническим опытом, многолетней практической работой в лечебных и учебных учреждениях, включая лечебную, научную и преподавательскую деятельность в Военно-медицинской академии им. С.М. Кирова и Ленинградском государственном институте усовершенствования врачей им. С.М. Кирова. Им внесен значительный научный вклад в различные разделы клинической неврологии, создана научная школа. Для всех, кто соприкасался с Владимиром Семеновичем по самым разнообразным вопросам неврологии, он был в полной мере Учителем, щедро передававшим свои знания и богатейший опыт окружающим его людям.
