Abstract

This patent highlights hydroquinazoline compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, as well as compositions and methods of preparation. The compounds in this invention were evaluated for their potency on Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 1 (NPR1), a receptor guanylate cyclase known to play a critical role in lowering blood pressure and blood volume.
