With problems in the videos: overall impression / manipulation step scored 4 (poor / severe difficulty) or 5 (very poor / not possible) Without problems in the videos: overall impression / manipulation step scored 1 (very good / no difficulty), 2 (good /mild difficulty), or 3 (fair / moderate difficulty). *1 None of the patients expressed any difficulty with pens or patches on the questionnaire. *2 This table consists of data only from persons who were taking a medication with the particular mode of administration in question.
