Abstract
维生素A缺乏是全球中低收入国家的主要公共卫生问题之一，我国儿童的维生素A营养状况同样需要高度重视。为此，中华医学会儿科学分会儿童保健学组、发育行为学组联合中华儿科杂志编辑委员会基于国内外研究和流行病学调查，制订“6岁以下儿童维生素A缺乏预防性补充的专家共识（2025）”，旨在指导儿科医务工作者通过合理补充和科学管理，从而预防儿童维生素A缺乏，为我国儿童维生素A缺乏的防治提供重要指导。.
