Much has changed, but much is the same

Abstract

In this editorial, the authors propose the journal Families, Systems & Health adopt a framework focused on the operational and financial policies, processes, and procedures that support robust, sustainable integration efforts. To move the field of behavioral health ahead, they also propose that the field should pursue actuarial research data to evaluate the cost and cost-impact consequences of different models of behavioral interventions in primary care settings. They present their vision for the journal's role and responsibility to the field, journal priorities and focus, and journal structure and administration.
