Abstract

神经母细胞瘤是儿童最常见的颅外实体肿瘤，其起源于神经嵴衍生的细胞。基因组和表观遗传变异导致分化阻滞而产生神经母细胞瘤，目前存在发病机制不清晰、高危患者生存率低和药物耐受等问题。研究领域需要更多、更新的模型探索解决这些问题。本综述介绍了神经母细胞瘤的相关遗传变异，并总结了现有的神经母细胞瘤的体内以及体外常用研究模型。.
