Synthesis and Application of Novel Arginine Vasopressin Receptor 1A (AVPR1A) Antagonists
Abstract
Arginine Vasopressin Receptor 1A (AVPR1A) is a member of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that binds arginine vasopressin (AVP) and is primarily related to cardiovascular function, glycogenolysis, and social behaviors. This patent describes the synthesis of a series of AVPR1A antagonists and their applications in related disease treatment.
